this weekend we went on our gaisce hike to kippure, over the 2 days we had to walk 25km. I sat beside aisling on the bus & we had a lovely chat:) we walked 15km on the first day, which was 2 mountains. it was pretty steep and MM kept rollin down the side. we didnt get back till like 9, and is started cookin dinner with clara. the food wasn't too bad I suppose. had a few lols and ate so much sweets etc. in the end I got like 3 hours sleep, sharing a pushup bed with molls, even though there was loads of empty beds:)) the next morning I woke up every1 bc I was the mam of the house. at 9 we did adventury stuff, with harnesses etc. then we all squished into house 4 to make lunch. I fell asleep on the wooden floor for like an hour and every1 thought it was so funny wow(: I was asleep for so long that they put me in the fast group ha. then we did our last 10km. this was soooo much worse than the 15 becuase we were so tired, hungry, and it was SNOWWING. I thought it would never end. cliodhna helped me keep going bc we held hands x when we finally finsihed I was soso tired and soaked that I got back into my pjs for the bus. I did actually really like the 24 hours we were in Kippure, it was probably my fav thing we did in ty. loved my house they were all lovely nd im so glad that I stayed with them. thx aisling for the spare socks.

Hola a todos. Pensé que lo haría el blog en español porque lol. Soy muy buena en español. Tengo un B en mi JC, en paso. El martes fui a un examen de español con Anna, Amy y Sarah. Fue muy duro pero muy divertido. Todo el mundo estaba muy elegante. Que casi me echaron por insultar, tan loco!! Tenemos pizza en el camino de regreso. Compartimos un autobús con el Hospital de los reyes. Gracias a Ms.Macken. Ella compró alimentos en los estados unidos.

last day of work exp ever :))
today was my last day of workin in Elm Hall retirement aww, I really liked working here and they said I can come back whenever I want!! gonna miss all my residents and I hope they all live forever xx none passed away on the last day which was nice. this and the primary school were both really good work experience, and I am so glad I'll never have to work in supervalu again ! :)

On the tuesday back after the Easter break we went driving in Leinster Driving Campus in Maynooth. Belle was split into two and half went driving while the others did the theory test, and then we swapped. I was driving first, in my car was Amy and Ciara:)) We just learned the basics of driving really, I was a bit too small and could barely see over the wheel haa. The instructor said I was a good driver but I kept going too fasttt. After lunch we did the theory test and talked about how you get your licence etc etcc. At the end of the day we had to try on "drunk glasses" and put a cone on top of another, I was mad gooood at this and got it in one go!! #talented After today it made me really wanna learn how to drive properly:))
haggis: Friend or foe???
hello world i am writing to you to clear my name. as many of you will know by now aoife smith (tolster) is accusing me of having an uncle who farms and shoots haggis. anyone who is actually close with me would know that i am anti-haggis hunting. I have worked all my life to free the haggis that are held captive in scotland, and I find it very upsetting that aoife would say these horrible things about a member of my family.
how can u not love these cute little creatures???? they are harmless. I know from a very reliable source that aoife and her bro feeds baby haggis to her chickens://

pancake dayy ohh
On friday the 13th of Feb my home ec class made Pancakes to sell at lunchtime for the national childrens hospital. We made like 300 pancakes and they were all sold in 10 minutes:)) we ha d toppings of nutella, and lemon&sugar. Me and Sinead were cooking partners and I think we did a fab job!!!

work exp 3
For my third work experience I'm in elm hall retirement home. I have chats with the elderly people and get to know them. I really really like working here, and I think this might be what I want to do when I leave school. soso much better than supervalu ugh:// the people are soo nice. I don't get to do the actual nursing but I'm working with the events manager, so I play games etc. cant wait for next week :))
